Rooted in the Blue Ridge and inspired by the character of Appalachia, Ravenlia brings together artists, craftspeople, collectors, and small businesses under one roof. Hand-forged metalwork sits beside pottery, woodcarving, glass, jewelry, textiles, art, antiques, vintage treasures, and unexpected finds—each carrying the character of the person who made, found, or preserved it.

Ideally located between Galax and the Blue Ridge Parkway, Ravenlia is growing into a destination for shopping, creativity, gathering, and simple enjoyment. It’s a place our local community can return to again and again, and a memorable stop for travelers exploring the music, culture, and beauty of these old Appalachian mountains.
Finding Ravenlia
Hi, I’m Aliya Trinity, founder of Alywillow and Ravenlia Galleria. For years, I searched the Appalachian Mountains for an old building with character, near a sweet little town, where I could finally establish a permanent home for my business.
In 2022, I found it—a wonderfully imperfect old building tucked between Galax, Virginia, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Looking more like a weathered barn than a warehouse, with wooden interiors and beautiful light pouring through the windows, it felt like an answer to prayer.
It became the perfect home for Alywillow, where we now create our synthetic-free products right here on site. But as I settled into this old building, I began to see that it could become something much greater—a place filled with artists, makers, beautiful things, interesting people, and reasons to gather. That vision became Ravenlia Galleria, and it is still unfolding today.
Our Commitment
At the heart of Ravenlia is a simple commitment to quality, creativity, kindness, and integrity in business. But I believe the most beautiful part of this story is still ahead of us—as new artists and vendors join us, visitors become familiar faces, and ordinary days here turn into memories we’ll carry with us and a community we cherish.
